HB 398

For most home-based cottage food producers (baked goods, jams, candies, dried herbs, etc.), no commercial kitchen license is required under Georgia's HB 398. You can sell directly to customers without a business license for qualifying products. Ask us to confirm your specific product category qualifies.

La Vaquita Flea Market is open Thursday through Sunday. Weekend days (Saturday and Sunday) typically see the highest foot traffic. As a vendor, your booth rental covers all open days.

We offer flexible rental terms with a 2-week minimum. After that, you can continue week-to-week. Many vendors start short-term to test the market and then expand. No long-term contracts required.

Sí — bilingual support available. La Vaquita has Spanish-speaking staff on-site and available by phone. You're welcome to communicate entirely in Spanish throughout the sign-up process and beyond.
